been checked that its PH has exceeded the standard seriously at
a harbor of Zhejiang.
According to the regulation of the Basic safe technological criterion
of the national textile production GB18401-2003, the textile material
is requested to divide into three categories, which are baby’s
production (A), the production of touching the skin directly (B),
the production of touching the skin indirectly (C). The ranges
of criterion of PH are 4.0-7.5、4.0-7.5、4.0-9.0. The batch of material
belongs to B. Although it belongs to C, PH has still exceeded
the standard.
Zhejiang province is the biggest clothing-manufacturing province.
However, the top grade of the cloth material has still depended
on import basically, because the textile technology and the equipments
of China are still undeveloped relatively. At the moment, Wenzhou
Bureau has found the similar matter of exceeding the Standard
of PH many times, which imported the material to process. The
matter in Zhejiang was by a common trade way.
